These Terms & Conditions apply to the Renty car rental marketplace for Germany . "Renty", "we", "us", and "the Site" refer to the platform operator. "You" means the user. By using the Site you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, leave the Site.
Accessing the website, applications, or related features means you agree to the current Terms. We may publish updates on this page. After an update, review the new text before further use. Rights that arose earlier remain unaffected unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Renty provides an interface to find and request cars from the car rental provider named in the booking flow. That provider is responsible for the vehicle, rental service, availability, and provider terms. Fees and prices may come from the provider. Subject to applicable law, questions about the rental itself should generally go to the provider. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
You may use and register on the Site only if you can form a binding contract. Keep login details confidential and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised use.

We may suspend or limit access where reasonably needed for breach, security, or legal reasons, subject to applicable law. You may ask us to delete your account.
Content on the Site may belong to Renty, rental providers, or other licensors. Personal non commercial viewing is allowed. You must not copy materials for commercial reuse without permission. Vehicle brand names appear for identification and remain owned by their owners.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". Listings may contain errors and may omit some offers. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every market price is shown. To the extent permitted by applicable law, implied warranties are disclaimed. Mandatory rights stay in place.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Renty is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from Site use, inability to use the Site, or acts of a car rental provider. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded and may apply only in part in some jurisdictions.
The Site may link to websites we do not operate. Those links are for convenience. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of them.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. If a clause is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Delay in enforcement is not a waiver. These Terms and the documents they incorporate form the agreement for Site use, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by contract. Nothing here creates a partnership or agency between you and Renty.
